Apply for certificates and inspections
If you rent out a property, you’re obliged to provide the tenant with an energy performance certificate, or EPC. You should also check whether your electrical inspection report is still valid. If it isn’t, you’ll need to have a new inspection carried out before letting your property. You can easily apply for the necessary certificates and inspections in KBC Brussels Mobile.
