The benefits of ordering cash online
- Choose your banknote and coin denominations
You can choose online which euro banknotes you want to order and how many. The same applies to euro coins. You have the option, for example, of ordering 5, 10, 200 and 500 euro notes online (this option is not available to you at a KBC Brussels ATM).
- Need a large sum of money?
You can place an order online for up to 25 000 euros in banknotes and up to 2 500 euros in coins. At a KBC Brussels ATM, you are limited to 2 500 or to 3 500 using the KBC Brussels Cash Card (available at your KBC Brussels branch).
- Delivery to a branch of your choice
After ordering the euro banknotes and coins online, you can choose which KBC Brussels branch to collect them from. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an e-mail with the delivery date. Your order is ready for collection within five business days at most.
