Switching to a different account
In KBC Brussels Mobile
- Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
- Tap 'My KBC Brussels' at the bottom of your screen
- Select the current account you want to change
- Tap '...' at the top of the screen next to your name
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Account type' to change your KBC Brussels Basic Account to a KBC Brussels Plus Account
- Continue using your existing account number and debit card
In KBC Brussels Touch
- Log in to KBC Brussels Touch
- Go to 'Payments'
- Tap or click the current account you want to change
- Select the 'Manage' tab
- Tap or click 'Account type'
- Select 'Upgrade your account' to change your KBC Brussels Basic Account to a KBC Brussels Plus Account, or 'Switch your account' to do the opposite
- Continue using your existing account number and debit card
Important: temporarily, you can only switch from the Basic account to the Plus account online. To switch from a Plus account to a Basic account, please make an appointment at your branch.
