Transferring money

 
  1. Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile and tap the Kate icon at the top right     
  2. Just tell Kate: ‘Make a transfer'
  3. Choose the account you wish to transfer from
  4. Follow the instructions

  1. Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile and tap the Kate search bar at the top of your screen   
  2. Just tell Kate: ‘Make an international transfer'. 
  3. Choose between an international transfer and a SEPA Credit Transfer
  4. Follow the instructions

If you’ve paid for something twice or sent money to the wrong account number, you can quickly ask Kate for help.
  1. Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile and tap the Kate search bar at the top of your screen   
  2. Just tell Kate: ‘Cancel a transfer'
  3. Kate will check if you can still cancel your payment   
  4. If it’s still possible, follow Kate’s instructions

  3. Scan the QR code 
  4. Choose the account to transfer the money from and confirm

  2. Just tell Kate: ‘Forgotten my PIN’ 
  3. Follow the instructions
