Replace a defective debit card
- Log in to KBC Brussels Touch
- Select ‘More’ at the top right and then ‘Debit cards’
- Tap or click ‘New debit card’
- Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
- Tap 'My KBC'
- Scroll to ‘Means of payment’ and select the debit card to be replaced
- Tap ‘Block or replace’
- Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
- Tap 'My KBC'
- Scroll to ‘Means of payment’ and select the debit card to be replaced
- Tap ‘Block or replace’
Urgently need a new debit card?
Just go to your KBC Brussels branch and get yourself a KBC Brussels Go Card on the spot. You can use it until you receive your new debit card.
Under 18?
You’ll need to ask one of your parents or your legal guardian to apply on your behalf for a new card.
