How to replace your defective card using KBC Brussels Touch:

  1. Log in to KBC Brussels Touch
  2. Click ‘More’ at the top of the screen and select ‘Debit cards’
  3. Select the debit card that is defective
  4. Click ‘Manage’ at the top and then ‘Block or replace’
  5. Select ‘Replace a defective card or add a (new) photo to your debit card’ and follow the instructions

  2. Tap ‘My KBC’
  3. Scroll to ‘Means of payment’ and select the defective debit card
  4. Tap ‘Block, replace or cancel’
  5. Tap ‘Replace your card’
