Unsubscribe from newsletters and commercial e-mails
Not entirely satisfied with newsletters or e-mails you receive from us? There are several ways to stop getting them. You’ll need to unsubscribe from newsletters and commercial e-mails separately. Note that commercial e-mails may include event invitations.
Where do I start?
- Unsubscribe from newsletters
- Log in to KBC Brussels Touch
- Go to ‘Profile’ at the top right of your screen
- Select ‘Newsletters’ at the bottom left of your screen
- Go to ‘General’ and switch off newsletters you don’t want to receive
- Unsubscribe from commercial e-mail
- Log in to KBC Brussels Touch
- Go to ‘Profile’ at the top right of your screen
- Select ‘Client details’ at the top left of the screen
- Switch off commercial communication by e-mail
- Unsubscribe from newsletters
You can’t do this using our Mobile app. Change your choice using KBC Brussels Touch or ask your KBC Brussels branch, your KBC Brussels insurance agency or let the KBC Brussels Live staff do it for you.
- Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
- Tap your profile icon in the top left to open your settings
- Select 'Personal details'
- Indicate whether you would like to receive commercial communication by e-mail

When are you unsubscribed?
Changes may take up to 48 hours to be fully effective. However, you’ll continue to receive legal and administrative information.

Make sure we have your latest e-mail address
If your e-mail address has changed, be sure to update it in KBC Brussels Touch or KBC Brussels Mobile so you stay abreast of our latest news and great offers.
- Log in to KBC Brussels Touch
- Go to ‘Profile’ at the top right of your screen
- Hit ‘Client details’
- Edit and save your e-mail address
- Log in to KBC Brussels Mobile
- Tap ‘More’ at the bottom of the screen
- Go to ‘Profile’ then ‘Contact details’
- Enter your new e-mail address
- Hit ‘Sign’ at the bottom and enter your PIN
- Your new e-mail address will now be saved
