Transferring money to Turkey? KBC Brussels will refund all the charges
Have family or friends in Turkey who’ve been affected by the earthquake and need financial assistance? Or prefer to support a local charity there? If so, KBC Brussels will refund all transaction charges if you transfer money to Turkey between 15 February and 15 March.
How does it work?
- Make your transfer to Turkey in the usual way, but make sure to use the ‘OUR’ cost option so that the recipient of the funds doesn’t pay any charges
- At that point, you pay the standard transaction charges. KBC Brussels will then see to it that those charges are refunded to you within a week
- If you’ve transferred money in the meantime, KBC Brussels will refund those charges too, as long as your transfer was made between 15 February and 15 March.
